24/7 Dads with the Men of Seedco
| Seedco Families Matter has a collaborative partnership with Seedco, a local nonprofit that assists Fathers and father figures who want help building better relationships with their children and want help finding or improving employment. Families Matter assists with the education, encouragement, enhancement and mentorship of program participants, teaching from the 24/7 Dads curriculum. Our educational information is designed to assist individuals who desire to learn how to become productive citizens for their families and society.24/7 Dad® is an evidence-based fatherhood program used by organizations across the nation to improve the knowledge, behavior, and skills of dads of all races, religions, and demographics. The program is built on the basis that fathers can be nurturers, and for men, nurturing is a learned skill. Throughout the program, men examine their own fatherhood history, learn the 5 characteristics of a 24/7 Dad®, and other important behaviors such as working with mom and proper child discipline to help them be the best dads they can be.
